The standard dosage is one or two drops applied 2 to 4 times daily as needed, or as instructed by your healthcare provider, who may suggest a different usage. No dosage change is necessary for children. Before opening a new bottle of Xailin HA, ensure the safety ring on the cap is intact. Turn the cap counterclockwise to break the seal. Wash and dry your hands thoroughly before use. Remove the cap. Tilt your head back and look upward. Gently pull down the lower eyelid to create a small pocket. Hold the bottle between your thumb and middle finger, and use your index finger to apply moderate pressure to release one drop of Xailin HA Eye Drop into the pocket. Blink a few times. If you miss the eye, apply another drop. Wipe away any excess drops around the eyelid with a tissue. Replace the cap on the bottle, avoiding contact with the applicator tip. Wash your hands thoroughly after use. Wait at least 30 minutes before using any other eye medications.
