Verwijder de warmtepatch door het zakje handmatig te openen (gebruik geen schaar).
Haal de papieren strip eraf.
Rond de basis van de nek, bevestig aan het kledingstuk of onderbroek.
Zodra het zakje is geopend, wordt de warmtepleister binnen een minuut geactiveerd en wordt het in minder dan vijf opgewonden.
Verwijder na gebruik zorgvuldig de warmtepatch en gooi deze vervolgens weg met normaal afval (verbrand de warmtepatch niet).

Tear open the sachet manually, avoiding scissors, and take out the heat patch. Remove the paper backing. Stick it to clothing or underwear near the neck's base.
