Open the Cura-Heat sachet by hand (do not use scissors) and take out the heat pack. Place one heat pack into each wrap pocket on both sides of the knee. Always ensure heat packs are placed inside the wrap pockets. The package includes enough heat packs for four single uses with one heat pack or two uses with two heat packs. Cura-Heat Arthritis Pain will start to warm up within about 30 minutes. Since Cura-Heat Arthritis Pain is activated by air, do not open the sachet until you are ready to use it.
