For adults, seniors, and children over 12: Apply the gel up to three times daily, with at least 4 hours between uses. Gently apply the gel to unbroken skin over the painful area. Dispense a 2 to 5 cm strip of gel onto the affected area, enough to cover it thinly, and massage until absorbed. Do not use more than 15 cm of gel in a 24-hour period.
