For adults, seniors, and children over 12: Apply the spray 3 to 4 times daily, ensuring at least a 4-hour gap between uses. Hold the bottle upright or upside-down, 4 to 6 inches from the skin, and spray on the affected area. After every 2 to 3 sprays, gently rub the spray into the skin around the painful area.
