For treating bacterial vaginosis (BV) with discharge or odor, apply inside the vagina at least twice daily in sufficient quantity for at least 5 days. To prevent discharge, odor, and related issues, or to counter yeast, apply once every three days. More frequent use enhances effectiveness. It's recommended to apply before bedtime. Unprotected intercourse can alter vaginal pH. Use Multi-Gyn ActiGel within 8 hours after intercourse to restore optimal pH and prevent bacterial growth and odor. For external discomforts (vulva), apply Multi-Gyn ActiGel with a finger (wash hands before use). Remove the tube cap and use the back of the cap to pierce the seal before first use. Hold the tube in one hand and keep your index finger near the tube. Squeeze gently until you have enough gel on your finger (at least 2 ml). Apply the gel to the external area. For internal use, the included applicator can be attached to the tube. After use, leave the applicator on the tube, wash it with warm water, and replace the cap. Wash hands and apply at least 2 ml of gel on your index finger. Insert your finger into the vagina. Remove the tube cap and pierce the seal before first use. Attach the applicator from the box to the tube. Remove the small cap from the applicator. Hold the tube and squeeze gently until gel appears at the applicator tip. Practice the amount needed with gentle squeezing; at least 2 ml is required. Insert the applicator, which stays on the tube, into the vagina. The applicator length is similar to an index finger and won't harm the cervix. Squeeze the tube gently. At least 2 ml is needed, but more can be used safely. After use, leave the applicator on the tube and wash it with warm water. Replace the small cap on the applicator.
