Wat zijn Sinutab -tabletten?

Sinutab-tabletten bevatten een formule met dubbele acties die helpt om pijn te verlichten geassocieerd met hooikoorts, verkoudheid en sinusitis en hoofden. Het wordt gebruikt om nasale congestie en sinus te kalmeren, terwijl het ook helpt om de symptomen van kou en griep te bestrijden.
De niet-dronken formule van Sinutab-tabletten verlicht de symptomen van griep, verkoudheid en allergieën zoals pijn, koorts, neus, pijnen en sinuscongestie.
Sinutab bevat paracetamol, wat een antipyretisch en analgetic is om pijn en koorts te verlichten, en pseudoefedrine, een decongestivum om nasale congestie te wissen en sinussen te blokkeren.

Dosering:
Voor volwassenen en kinderen van 16 jaar+: neem 2 tabletten elke 4-6 uur, tot 4 keer per dag en laat minimaal 4 uur tussen doses.
Voor kinderen van 12 jaar tot 15 jaar: neem elke 4-6 uur 1 tablet, tot 4 keer per dag en laat minimaal 4 uur tussen de doses.
Neem niet meer dan 4 doses in 24 uur en geef niet aan kinderen jonger dan 12 jaar oud.

Do not use this medication if you have had an allergic reaction (such as rash, facial or throat swelling, or difficulty breathing) to any ingredients, have very high blood pressure or severe heart disease, are taking other medications with paracetamol, have used Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitors (MAOIs) for depression in the past two weeks, or if you are under 12 years old. If any of these conditions apply, seek advice from a doctor or pharmacist before using Non-Drowsy Sinutab. Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you have liver or kidney issues, alcohol dependence, high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, an overactive thyroid, glaucoma, or prostate problems. Also, talk to them if you are taking other medications, including antihypertensives, sympathomimetic drugs, tricyclic antidepressants, colestyramine, metoclopramide, domperidone, anticoagulants, barbiturates, oral contraceptives, or anticonvulsants. If unsure about your medications, show the bottle or pack to your pharmacist. If any of these points apply to you now or in the past, consult a doctor or pharmacist. Seek advice before using this medication if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. In case of overdose, seek immediate medical help, even if you feel fine, due to the risk of delayed liver damage. If you miss a dose, take the next one when needed, ensuring at least 4 hours have passed since the last dose. Do not double the dose. Non-Drowsy Sinutab may cause side effects, which are usually mild and do not affect everyone. If you experience hallucinations, skin rashes, difficulty urinating, unusual tiredness, unexpected bruising or bleeding, or frequent infections, stop using the medication and consult your doctor. Long-term daily use of paracetamol may cause liver and kidney damage, but short-term use typically does not. Other possible effects include restlessness, trouble sleeping, or bad dreams. If you experience any unlisted side effects or have concerns, consult your doctor or pharmacist. Store below 25ºC and keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date on the packaging. Do not dispose of via wastewater or household waste; ask your pharmacist how to dispose of unused medication to protect the environment.
