If you are pregnant or may become pregnant, seek advice from your doctor or pharmacist before using Colofac IBS, as there is limited safety information for pregnant women. Your doctor might recommend discontinuing Colofac IBS if you are pregnant or planning to be. Colofac IBS is not recommended during breastfeeding. This medication is unlikely to impair your ability to drive or operate machinery. Colofac IBS contains lactose and sucrose. If you have a sugar intolerance, consult your doctor before use. Most users do not experience issues, but some may have side effects. Is it fine to use IBS tablets every day?
The recommendation is to take one tablet up to three times per day, at least 20 minutes before mealtime. The treatment should not be taken for more than two consecutive weeks unless advised by the doctor.
Can Colofac be taken with food?
It is advised to take it 20 minutes before or at least during a meal; it is not useful after a meal.
What are the other medicines that are effective for IBS?
