Place one lozenge in the mouth and let it dissolve, moving it occasionally from one side to the other until fully dissolved (about 20-30 minutes). Do not chew or swallow the lozenge whole. Avoid eating or drinking while the lozenge is in the mouth. Behavioral therapy, advice, and support can enhance success rates.

Adults (18+): Aim to quit smoking entirely while using NiQuitin Mint or Original Lozenges.

Recommended Treatment Plan:
