The standard dosage is: For children aged 3-12 months: 2 ml daily; for children aged 1-3 years: 5 ml daily; for children aged 4-8 years: 10 ml daily; for children aged 9-12 years: 15 ml daily. Administer the syrup with food and, if possible, at the same time each day. Ensure it is given with food. Allow a 3-hour gap before or after taking other medications.
