This blend mixes whey concentrate and whey isolate to provide a full amino acid profile that supports muscle metabolism. The protein comes from milk and is valued for quick digestion and utilisation.

What Does Whey Protein Do?

Whey protein helps support muscle recovery and growth when used alongside resistance training, and it helps manage daily protein intake in line with general dietary guidelines. Dr. Witard from the University notes that high-quality protein intake helps contribute to muscle protein synthesis after training.

This protein mix also supports body composition aims by providing fast amino acids essential for recovery and adaptation after training, helping to maintain lean mass when taken as part of a balanced regimen.
