The Active Ingredient Is: Whey Protein (Hydrolysed Concentrate and Isolate)

Whey protein is a top-notch protein source containing essential amino acids in a quickly absorbed form. It helps normal protein turnover and tissue repair after activity.

This kind uses hydrolysed concentrate and isolate to boost digestibility and completeness of amino acids, dairy-derived and often gluten-free.

What Does Whey Protein Do?

Whey protein helps with muscle repair and might support lean mass development when paired with regular activity, with the mechanism involving rapid amino acid delivery to tissues. This is supported by research showing improved post-exercise protein synthesis and recovery processes.

Dr. Tang from a university found that whey protein supplementation can boost post-exercise muscle protein synthesis, illustrating the role of this nutrient in normal muscle maintenance and recovery.
