The Active Ingredient Is: Whey Protein Isolate

Whey protein isolate is a top notch dairy protein pulled from milk, valued for its quick absorption and low lactose content. This blend pairs hydrolyzed whey protein isolate with whey protein isolate and concentrate, sourced from grass-fed cows and treated for purity via cross-flow microfiltration.

This mix emphasises whey protein isolate as the main ingredient, with the hydrolysed component and concentrate added to aid rapid amino acid delivery and overall protein quality.

What Does Whey Protein Isolate Do?

Whey protein isolate helps support muscle protein synthesis and recovery after training, with a profile that fits normal protein metabolism and athletic needs.

In line with EFSA guidelines, protein sources like whey contribute to keeping muscle mass, while studies suggest rapid absorption might aid timely availability of amino acids post-exercise, as noted in whey protein digestion and utilisation discussions.
