Cómo usar:
Mida la dosis recomendada: la dosis recomendada de las bolsitas de laxantes con sabor a limón de Fybogel Hi-fibra es una bolsita por día, o según lo indique su proveedor de atención médica. No exceda la dosis recomendada.
Vierta la bolsita en un vaso de agua: vacíe el contenido de la bolsita en un vaso de agua. Revuelva hasta que el polvo esté completamente disuelto en el agua.
Beba la mezcla: beba la mezcla inmediatamente.
Repita según las indicaciones: Repita el proceso diariamente, o según lo indique su proveedor de atención médica.

Fill a glass with about 150ml of cold water. Add the required amount. Stir thoroughly and consume immediately, preferably after meals. For adults and children over 12: Use one sachet of Fybogel Lemon in the morning and one in the evening, or follow your doctor's instructions. For children aged 6 to 12 years: Use 1/2 to 1 level 5ml spoonful, morning and evening, based on age and size. Consult a doctor if there is no bowel movement after three days of treatment. For children under 6 years: Use only with medical advice, 1/2 to 1 level 5ml spoonful, morning and evening, based on age and size.

Avoid using Fybogel Lemon if: your doctor has informed you of a bowel blockage or weakened bowel muscles, you have an allergy to any ingredients, or you have phenylketonuria, as it contains aspartame, a source of phenylalanine, which can be harmful. Increased fiber intake may cause gas or bloating initially, but these should decrease with continued use. If these symptoms are bothersome, reduce to one dose for a few days. Report any other symptoms to your doctor or pharmacist. Always take Fybogel Lemon with water. If you overdose, drink plenty of water and consult your doctor if symptoms persist. Follow the dosage instructions and do not use after the expiration date. Store below 30°C in a dry place.
