Children: For the conditions mentioned, children over 10 years can take the lower adult doses. Children aged 5 to 10 years can take half the adult dose. Tablets are not suitable for children aged 2 to 5 years; an oral liquid form is recommended. Not for use in children under 2 years.

Do not take these tablets if you have CNS depression, which can make you appear sleepy or unconscious. Avomine may not be suitable if you are on medication for sleep, depression, mental illness, anxiety, stomach cramps, Parkinson's disease, or bladder issues. Consult your doctor for guidance. Avoid Avomine tablets before pregnancy or allergy skin tests, as they can affect results; stop taking them at least 72 hours before a skin test.
