For children, do not administer Clarityn Allergy Tablets to those under 6 years old or weighing 30 kg or less.

Regarding other medications, the side effects of Clarityn Allergy Tablets may increase when combined with drugs that affect liver enzyme activity. However, clinical studies have not shown an increase in loratadine side effects with such products. Inform your healthcare provider about any other medications you are taking, including non-prescription ones.

Clarityn Allergy Tablets do not enhance the effects of alcohol.

For pregnancy and breastfeeding, consult your doctor or pharmacist before use. It is advisable to avoid Clarityn Allergy Tablets during pregnancy, and do not use them while breastfeeding, as loratadine is present in breast milk.

In clinical trials, loratadine did not impair driving ability. At the recommended dose, Clarityn Allergy Tablets are not expected to cause drowsiness or reduced alertness, though rare cases of drowsiness may affect driving or machine operation.

Clarityn Allergy Tablets contain lactose. If you have a sugar intolerance, consult your doctor before use.
