Start the first tablet on the first day of your period. Continue taking one tablet each day, regardless of any bleeding. Begin a new blister pack immediately after finishing the previous one. The blister strip shows the days of the week and arrows to guide the order of taking the pills. Each tablet corresponds to a day. When starting a new Lovima pack, take a tablet from the top row. Do not start with any random tablet. For instance, if you begin on a Wednesday, take the tablet marked 'WED' from the top row. If you miss a dose: If less than 12 hours late, take the missed tablet immediately and the next one at the usual time. Lovima will still be effective. A change in bleeding pattern is generally not a concern if you are taking the pill as instructed. Keep this medication out of children's reach and sight.
