Crachez-le et n'avalez pas.
Rincez votre bouche à l'eau.
Utilisez deux fois par jour après avoir brossé les dents ou comme indiqué par un dentiste ou un médecin.
Ne mangez ni ne buvez rien pendant au moins 30 minutes après avoir utilisé le rince-bouche.
