Instructions
Assurez-vous que la zone où l'application ira sur la peau est sèche et propre.
Évitez d'utiliser des ciseaux lors de l'ouverture du paquet, puis retirez et déployez le patch thermique.
Peler la bande de papier à l'arrière du patch thermique à partir des deux extrémités.
Appliquez le côté collant du patch thermique sur la peau sur la tache endolori.
Une fois le sachet ouvert, le patch thermique s'active en moins d'une minute et se réchauffe en moins de cinq ans.
Après utilisation, retirez soigneusement le patch thermique, puis jetez-le avec des déchets ordinaires (n'incitez pas le patch thermique).

Carefully remove the paper strip from both ends on the back of the patch. Place the adhesive side of the patch on the skin over the painful area. The patch will start to activate within 1 minute and will heat up within 5 minutes after opening the sachet. After use, slowly remove the patch and dispose of it with regular household waste.
