Product Warning: One capful of bath oil equals 5mL. For a bath, use 10mL for adults or 5mL for babies. Bathe for 5 to 10 minutes and pat skin dry. For a shower, apply to wet skin, wait a few minutes, rinse quickly, and pat skin dry.
