The Active Ingredient Is: Green Tea (Matcha)

Green tea from Camellia sinensis, particularly ceremonial-grade matcha, is a natural antioxidant and nutrient source found in powdered form. This product uses ceremonial-grade matcha powder sourced from Japan to maximise pigment and nutrient density.

The form is a finely ground tea leaf powder, traditionally shade-grown and stone-ground to preserve colour and nutrients, with organic and non-GMO certification noted in the product description.

What Does Green Tea Do?

Green tea catechins provide antioxidant support and may contribute to metabolic and cognitive function in line with EFSA-style reasoning. L-Theanine in matcha can promote relaxation and may assist with attention during demanding tasks, while tea caffeine contributes to alertness in line with NHS guidance.

Dr. Hursel of Wageningen University found that green tea catechins may modestly support weight management and cardiovascular health in adults.

This supplement is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
