The Active Ingredient Is: Pea Protein Isolate (Plant-Based Protein Blend)

Pea protein isolate is a plant-based protein source that provides a complete amino acid profile suitable for active individuals. This form is derived from peas and is commonly combined with brown rice protein to create a balanced protein mix.

This formula also includes other plant-based proteins to support a broad amino acid spectrum, which helps to sustain daily protein intake and assist with muscle recovery after exercise.

What Does Pea Protein Isolate Do?

Pea protein isolate plays a role in supporting muscle protein synthesis after exercise due to its essential amino acid content, including leucine, which is linked with lean muscle growth and recovery. This aligns with EFSA-style guidance on normal muscle function and protein nutrition.

Dr. Gorissen of Maastricht University found that adequate post-exercise plant protein supports muscle recovery and lean mass gains when paired with resistance training.

This supplement is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
