GINA este aprobată pentru a trata atrofia vaginală cauzată de deficiența de estrogen la femeile aflate în postmenopauză cu vârsta de 50 de ani și care nu au avut o perioadă în cel puțin un an.
Gina este o terapie cu estrogen vaginal care este eliberată lent în vagin. Gina tratează și ameliorează simptomele vaginale menopauze, cum ar fi uscăciunea, durerea, mâncărimea și arderea.
Ingrediente:
Estradiol 10 micrograme este ingredientul activ (ca hemihidrat de estradiol). 10 micrograme estradiol sunt conținute în fiecare tabletă vaginală (ca hemihidrat de estradiol).
Sunt de asemenea prezente următoarele ingrediente: Hypromellose, lactoză monohidrat, amidon de porumb și stearat de magneziu.
Acoperirea de film conține următoarele ingrediente: Hypromellose și MacRogol 6000.
Cât de mult să folosești:
Pentru primele două săptămâni de tratament, luați o tabletă vaginală pe zi.
Folosiți o tabletă vaginală de două ori pe săptămână ca doză de întreținere. Permiteți 3 până la 4 zile între doze.
