Single doses up to 500 mg caused no changes in heart rate or blood pressure,3 and daily dosing up to 1,250 mg for four weeks was well tolerated in adults aged 20–65.7 Most reviews describe NMN as safe at the doses studied, with no reports of serious toxicity in published human trials.12
