Always take Cialis daily exactly as prescribed by your doctor or advised by the pharmacist. The recommended dose is 5mg daily, however, in presence of other factors, this may be altered accordingly as per the prescriber's clinical judgement.

Once a day dosing of Cialis daily tablets may be prescribed for men who anticipate having sexual activity two or more times per week. These daily doses can allow you to obtain an erection (when sexually aroused) at any time during the 24 hours of the day. 

If you are taking a frequent dose of Tadalafil, e.g. at least twice a week, your doctor may instruct you to take a lower dose (2.5mg or 5mg) once daily. This dose should be taken at approximately the same time of day.

• Cialis 2.5mg: 1 or 2 tablets daily at the same time of day. 
• Cialis 5mg: 1 tablet daily at the same time a day
• This can take 2-3 days for effects to start. 
• Swallow whole with water. 
• Do not take tablets more than once a day.

Only 1 dose of Tadalafil should be taken in 24 hours. The effect of this medicine may be effective for 36 hours after taking the initial dose.

Cialis daily may not be safe if taken with other medication or recreational drugs. Please inform the prescriber if you are taking any of the listed medications or have any of the following conditions:

DO NOT take:

• If you've ever had an allergic reaction to Tadalafil or any other ingredients listed in this medicine
• If you are taking medicines called nitrates for angina (chest pain) or amyl nitrates (poppers)
• If you are taking riociguat
• If you are taking any alpha-blockers such as Doxazosin, Tamsulosin 
• If you are taking medications to treat high blood pressure
• If you are taking a 5 - alpha reductase inhibitor used to treat benign prostatic hyperplasia
• If you are taking medicines such as ketoconazole tablets and protease inhibitors used for the treatment of fungal infections, AIDs and HIV 
• If you are taking anticonvulsant medicines, such as phenobarbital, phenytoin and carbamazepine
• If you are taking anti-fungal or antibiotics such as rifampicin, erythromycin , clarithromycin or itraconazole.
• If you are taking other ED medications
