Adults: Do not exceed 64 sprays per day. Reduce usage by half over the next 2 weeks. For those over 18 years: Use one spray in each nostril, twice an hour, for up to 16 hours. Limit use to a 3-month course: 8 weeks of treatment, followed by 2 weeks of reduced treatment, and 2 weeks of no use. Not for use by individuals under 18 years of age.
