Post-Immunisation Fever: Administer one 2.5ml dose, followed by another 2.5ml dose after 6 hours if needed. Do not exceed two 2.5ml doses within 24 hours. If the fever persists, consult a doctor. Not for use in children under 3 months old.

Fever and Pain:
- For children aged 3-6 months (weighing over 5kg): 2.5ml, up to 3 times in 24 hours.
- For children aged 6-12 months: 2.5ml, 3-4 times in 24 hours.
- For children aged 1-3 years: 5ml, up to 3 times in 24 hours.
- For children aged 4-6 years: 7.5ml, up to 3 times in 24 hours.
- For children aged 7-9 years: 10ml, up to 3 times in 24 hours.

Doses should be administered approximately every 6 to 8 hours if needed, with at least 4 hours between doses.
