Instructions for Using Zovirax Cream: Clean your hands before and after applying the cream to prevent worsening the cold sore or spreading it to others. Dispense a small amount of cream onto your finger. Apply to the affected area 5 times daily, approximately every 4 hours. If you miss a dose, apply it as soon as you remember and continue as usual. Use the cream for 5 days. The Zovirax Cold Sore Cream Pump contains enough for 3 or 4 outbreaks. Keep the cream with you to treat the next cold sore at the first sign. If healing is incomplete after 10 days, or if the cold sore worsens, consult a pharmacist. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
