Χρησιμοποιήστε δύο φορές την ημέρα μετά το βούρτσισμα των δοντιών σας, ή σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες ή έναν γιατρό.
Μην τρώτε ή πίνετε τίποτα για τουλάχιστον 30 λεπτά μετά τη χρήση του στόματος.
