Otex is generally non-irritating, but in rare cases, it can cause pain, especially if the ear's inner lining is damaged, broken, inflamed, or infected, making the use of ear drops uncomfortable. Therefore, Otex should not be used after attempts to remove wax mechanically or for 2-3 days following ear syringing. Refer to the enclosed leaflet for more details, precautions, and instructions. If uncertain, or if there is a history of ear issues, consult a healthcare professional before use. Avoid contact with eyes. If irritation or pain occurs during use, or if symptoms continue, discontinue use and consult a doctor. FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY.
