If someone has taken too many tablets, contact a doctor or go to the nearest Accident and Emergency Department, bringing this leaflet and the packaging with you. Do not use if you are taking other painkillers (such as NSAIDs), aspirin above 75 mg daily, MAOIs for depression, decongestants, or tricyclic antidepressants. Avoid if you are in the last 3 months of pregnancy. Do not take if you have or have had heart, kidney, or liver failure, a stomach ulcer, perforation, or bleeding, closed-angle glaucoma, high blood pressure, circulatory issues, a phaeochromocytoma, or diabetes. If any of these apply, seek advice from a doctor or pharmacist before using Sudafed Sinus Pressure & Pain Tablets. Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you have conditions that may increase the risk of heart problems or stroke, such as diabetes, high cholesterol, smoking, or if you have or have had asthma, allergic lung diseases, liver, kidney, stomach, or bowel issues, heart disease, a stroke, thyroid disorder, or prostate problems.
