Woodward's Gripe Water is appropriate for infants of all ethnicities, starting from one month old up to toddlers aged two years and older. Ensure to shake well before use and store in a cool location. Be cautious to prevent overdosing in infants:

- For ages one to six months: 1 teaspoon (5ml)
- For ages six months to two years: 2 teaspoons (10ml)
- For ages two years and older: 2 to 3 teaspoons (10-15ml)

These doses can be administered during or after each feeding, up to four times within 24 hours.
