Initially, you may need to press up to ten times for the cream to appear—this is normal. Apply the ointment regularly and generously at least three times daily to the affected area, using gentle strokes in the direction of hair growth. Avoid rubbing, as it can cause heat, irritation, and block hair follicles, leading to inflammation. Leave a thin layer on the skin to absorb, which may take about 10 minutes. Use the ointment before bathing to prevent dryness and after bathing on nearly dry skin to retain moisture. Continue using the ointment even after improvement to prevent flare-ups.
