Each Aymes Shake sachet should be mixed with 200ml of whole milk or water. Using whole milk results in a more nutritious drink. It is recommended to serve cold, but it can be prepared hot if desired. Add 50ml of the liquid to a glass or mug, then add 1 sachet. Mix into a smooth consistency using a whisk or fork. Gradually add the remaining 150ml of liquid while mixing continuously. Serve once fully mixed. After preparation, Aymes Shake can be stored in a refrigerator for up to 24 hours. It can also be incorporated into sweet and savory foods. Consume 1-2 servings per day unless advised otherwise by a healthcare professional.
