Difflam je lokalno djelujući analgetik i protuupalni lijek za usta i grlo. Može se koristiti za liječenje bolnih stanja poput faringitisa, aftoznih čira i oralne ulceracije donesene zračenjem, kao i upalnih stanja poput faringitisa, tonzilektomije, upotrebe nasogastrične cijevi i zubne kirurgije.

Possible side effects include itching, skin rash, redness or swelling, difficulty breathing, wheezing, numbness, or stinging in the mouth or throat. If stinging occurs, dilute the next dose with water. Report any serious or unlisted side effects to your doctor or pharmacist. Keep out of children's reach and sight. Do not use after the expiry date on the bottle, which is the last day of the specified month. Store upright, below 30°C, and away from direct sunlight if not in the original carton. Do not refrigerate or freeze. Dispose of unused medicine through your pharmacist, not via wastewater or household waste.
