Gina je vaginalna terapija estrogenom koja se polako oslobađa u vaginu. Gina tretira i ublažava vaginalne simptome menopauza kao što su suhoća, bol, svrbež i peckanje.

Sastojci:
Estradiol 10 mikrograma je aktivni sastojak (kao estradiol hemihidrat). 10 mikrograma estradiol je sadržan u svakoj vaginalnoj tableti (kao estradiol hemihidrat).

Prisutni su i sljedeći sastojci: hipromeloza, laktozni monohidrat, škrob kukuruza i magnezijev stearat.

Filmski premaz sadrži sljedeće sastojke: Hypromellose i Macrogol 6000.

Koliko koristiti:

Prva dva tjedna liječenja uzmite jednu vaginalnu tabletu dnevno.
Koristite jednu vaginalnu tabletu dva puta tjedno kao doza održavanja. Dopustite 3 do 4 dana između doza.

Gina is intended for vaginal use only. Each tablet is provided in a single-use applicator. Using intravaginal applicators may occasionally cause minor injury to the vagina, particularly if not inserted or removed carefully or if vaginal atrophy is severe. Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you encounter any issues with the applicator, as an alternative vaginal estrogen preparation may be more appropriate. Dosage instructions: Initial dose: Use one vaginal tablet daily for the first 2 weeks. Maintenance dose: Use one vaginal tablet twice a week, with a 3 or 4-day interval between doses.
