Open the sachet and take out one Kool ‘n’ Soothe gel sheet. Peel off and throw away the clear film from the back. Apply the gel sheet to the skin. If needed, trim the sheet to size with scissors. Keep any unused gel sheet in the foil sachet to avoid drying. Use each sheet only once for optimal results.
