Swallow the capsules whole with water; do not chew them. For adults and children over 16 years: Consume two red and yellow capsules every 4-6 hours during the day, up to a maximum of 3 doses if required. Do not exceed 6 red and yellow capsules in a 24-hour period. At night, take two blue and red capsules if necessary. Do not exceed 8 capsules (4 doses) in a 24-hour period.
