Leukoplast Leukosan Strips can be combined with Leukoplast Cutisoft or an absorbent dressing such as Leukoplast Leukomed. Make sure the wound is clean. Fold a sheet at the perforation and take off the end tab. For the first strip, align it with the wound edge and press it down firmly. Use your fingers to bring the wound edges together. Apply the remaining strip. Continue this process until the wound is completely covered.
