Shake the can thoroughly before use. Keep the can 20 cm away from feet or shoes. For feet: Apply evenly on top, between toes, and on soles. For shoes: Spray inside shoes or trainers for 2-3 seconds before and after wearing. Immediately remove any excess product from the outside of the shoe. For best results, use daily.
