INSTRUCTIONS: Please review and keep the included patient information leaflet. Tilt your head and carefully apply up to 5 drops into the ear. Allow it to sit for a few minutes, then remove any excess with a tissue. Wash your hands after application. If needed, repeat once or twice daily for about 3 to 4 days until symptoms improve. Always secure the cap after use and store the bottle in its carton. BEFORE USING OTEX (urea hydrogen peroxide): Do not use if the eardrum is or has been damaged. Avoid use if you are sensitive to the ingredients, experience dizziness, or have any other ear issues (such as pain, discharge, inflammation, infection, or tinnitus), or if anything else has been applied to the ear. Otex is generally non-irritating, but in rare cases, it can cause pain, especially if the ear's inner lining is damaged, broken, inflamed, or infected, making the use of ear drops uncomfortable. Therefore, Otex should not be used after attempts to remove wax mechanically or for 2-3 days following ear syringing. Refer to the enclosed leaflet for more details, precautions, and instructions. If uncertain, or if there is a history of ear issues, consult a healthcare professional before use. Avoid contact with eyes. If irritation or pain occurs during use, or if symptoms continue, discontinue use and consult a doctor. FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY.
