How to use it?
Before taking, add 2 tablets with 4 ounces of water. 2 tablets every 4 hours for adults and children over the age of 16, or as prescribed by a physician. No more than 8 tablets should be taken in a day.

For quick relief from headaches and body aches and pains that are brought on by heartburn, acid reflux, or an upset stomach, as well as heartburn itself. Alka Seltzer helps relieve sore throats, toothache and more.
