3. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. Should any delays occur, you will be notified via email.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- UK & EU: Orders shipped within the UK
- USA, EU & GCC: Orders shipped to the USA, EU or GCC countries may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and Welzo has no control over them.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the provided link. Please note that tracking availability may vary depending on the shipping method chosen.
6. Delayed or Lost Deliveries
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, there may be instances where delays occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact our customer support at Welzo Support.
7. Changes to Delivery Address
If you need to change the shipping address after placing your order, please contact our support team immediately. Address changes may not be possible once the order has been processed.
8. Non-Deliverable Orders
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the recipient is unavailable to accept delivery, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the package.
