Each Aymes Shake sachet should be mixed with 200ml of whole milk or water. Using whole milk results in a more nutritious drink. It is recommended to serve cold, but it can be prepared hot if desired. Add 50ml of the liquid to a glass or mug, then add 1 sachet. Mix into a smooth consistency using a whisk or fork. Gradually add the remaining 150ml of liquid while mixing continuously.
