How to use
Please read the product leaflet carefully before use. Use one pessary every day to treat vaginal dryness then reduce usage to 2- 3 times a week as required. Use before bed.

Administer one pessary each day to address vaginal dryness and atrophy symptoms, then decrease to two or three times weekly as needed. Apply before bedtime to avoid mess. To use, clean hands and take one pessary from its foil. Sit or lie with knees bent and legs apart. Carefully insert the pessary into the vagina as far as comfortable with your fingers. Clean hands again. Note, the pessary is for single use and should not be split.
