Shake well before using. As a dietary supplement, take the following doses:

- Ages 4-11: 1/2 tablespoon (7.5 ml) twice daily
- Ages 12 and over: 1/2 tablespoon (7.5 ml) three to four times daily

You can also mix the product with a small amount of water or juice if preferred. Shake bottle. Take straight or mix with water or juice. Recommended adult starting serving is 1/2 – 1 teaspoon. Children: 1/4 teaspoon for every 30 lb of weight. Take first serving in the morning on an empty stomach.
