How to Use:

Tilt your head forward and gently squeeze one or two drops into each nostril.
Breathe deeply to help distribute the solution evenly.
Repeat the process as needed, but do not use more than four drops in each nostril in 24 hours.
Replace the cap after use.

Warning: Bell's Healthcare Normal Saline Nasal Drops are for adults and children over 6 years old. Do not use if you are allergic to some of the ingredients.
