Magnesium bath flakes, also called magnesium bath salts, are a highly concentrated form of magnesium supplementation, designed to be added to a bath or footbath.
A magnesium-rich bath aids in relaxation and relieves sore, fatigued muscles. allowing exposure to a concentrated magnesium chloride solution throughout the body. a kind and efficient supplementing technique.

How to use:
Bath
Mix 250g of Magnesium Flakes (roughly 2 cups) per bath.
Sit back and relax for 20 minutes. Increase the amount for a more intensive experience.

Footbath
Mix 150g Magnesium Flakes (roughly 1 cup) to approx. 5 liters of water, enough to cover feet.
Lie and relax for 20 minutes.

It is advised to take a magnesium bath 2 to 3 times a week. Your skin will feel pleasant, smooth, and moisturised.

Ideal for use after exercise or before sleep. For a foot soak, dissolve 150g of BetterYou Magnesium Flakes in warm water, soak feet for at least 20 minutes. For a bath soak, dissolve 250g of flakes, soak for at least 20 minutes. Recommended 2-3 times weekly, adjust as needed.
