How to use:
Bath
Mix 250g of Magnesium Flakes (roughly 2 cups) per bath.
Sit back and relax for 20 minutes. Increase the amount for a more intensive experience.
Footbath
Mix 150g Magnesium Flakes (roughly 1 cup) to approx. 5 liters of water, enough to cover feet.
Lie and relax for 20 minutes.
It is advised to take a magnesium bath 2 to 3 times a week. Your skin will feel pleasant, smooth, and moisturised.
