Biofreeze Pain Relief Spray is a fast-acting, topically applied pain relief product. It contains a proprietary blend of natural menthol, MSM, arnica, and camphor that provide temporary relief from minor aches and pains associated with arthritis, sore muscles and joints, and back, neck, and shoulder pain.

How to Use:

Clean and dry the affected area.
Shake the can well before use.
Hold the can 4 to 6 inches away from the affected area and spray a thin, even layer of Biofreeze onto the skin.
Massage the sprayed area until the product is fully absorbed.
Repeat as needed, but not more than 4 times a day.
