How to use:
Tilt your head to the side so that the affected ear faces up.
Place 2-3 drops of the oil at room temperature into the ear with the dropper, then gently massage around the outside of the ear.
Allow a few minutes for the drops to reach the eardrum by tilting the head, then repeat in the opposite ear if necessary.
To prevent leakage, gently plug the ear with cotton wool.
For up to seven days, apply the drops twice a day.

How to Use Olive Oil Ear Drops
Prepare the Drops
Ensure the bottle is at room temperature. If necessary, warm it slightly by holding it in your hands for a few minutes. Avoid using excessively cold or hot drops.

Clean Your Hands
Wash and dry your hands thoroughly to maintain hygiene.

Tilt Your Head
Tilt your head to one side so the ear you’re treating is facing upward.

Apply the Drops

Use the dropper provided to administer 2-5 drops of olive oil into the ear canal.
Avoid inserting the dropper directly into your ear to prevent injury.
Allow the Oil to Penetrate
Stay in this position for 2-5 minutes to allow the oil to soften the earwax. You can gently massage the area around your ear to aid the process.

Remove Excess Oil
After a few minutes, sit up and use a tissue or cotton pad to wipe away any excess oil from the outer ear. Avoid inserting cotton swabs into the ear canal.

Repeat if Necessary
Use the drops twice daily for up to 7 days or as directed by your healthcare professional. If symptoms persist, consult a doctor.
