How to use:
Tilt your head to the side so that the affected ear faces up.
Place 2-3 drops of the oil at room temperature into the ear with the dropper, then gently massage around the outside of the ear.
Allow a few minutes for the drops to reach the eardrum by tilting the head, then repeat in the opposite ear if necessary.
To prevent leakage, gently plug the ear with cotton wool.
For up to seven days, apply the drops twice a day.
